Shipping policy

All orders are dispatched within 24 hours (excluding weekends). You will receive a notification via email with your tracking number at the moment your order has shipped.


How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a UPS tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 24 hours for the tracking information to become available after you have completed your purchase with us.

If you haven’t received your order within 10 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at support@goodnightnatural.com with your name and order number, and we will help resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

 

Refunds, returns, and exchanges

Due to the low value cost of our goods, all sales are final. In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at support@goodnightnatural.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We care deeply about our customers and will resolve any issues as a matter of urgency.
